So for my 1st blog i will be showing you how to protect your facebook from hackers or if it is hacked help you to recover your facebook...So let's begin....And yeah a quick note I am doing this blog because it happened that my facebook got hacked so i recovered it and want to prevent your facebook getting hacked....
If YOU see something that is suspicious about your profile (posting something you didn't posted, sending messages to people you dont know etc.). There are 2 "scenarios". Of course good and bad ones.
GOOD: The hacker busted on your profile BUT didn't changed your password.So that means that you can still log in to your account and recover it! How? It is simple just follow my steps.
1.Enter 'Account Settings' and the click/press on 'Security' then go on 'Active Sessions' there you will see from what devices and when did you logged on..The one where you are logged in will say 'Current Session'
2.Press/click on what sessions are suspicious to you (i highly recommend you to end all your sessions it won't end your session pernament it will just log you out that device)...
3. Change your password as fast as you can after doing the 2nd step (choose a password that has numbers and upper and lower letters and make it easy to remeber). Then (if you want) tell everyone that your facebook was hacked so they know that it wasn't you.
BAD:You are too late and the hacker already changed your password there is nothing much you can do but you can try this out
1) After entering the wrong password click/press on 'Forgot account' after being sent on the next page where says "enter email adress, phone number, full name, or name" i recommend you to go on email adress....
2)Then you have 2 choices
1st: use my google account
2nd: sned me email
3) Choose the email one it will send you to the next page where you will need to enter the code
You will recieve and email on your gmail, yahoo, hotmail or whatever you use
4)Enter the code and then simply change the password...and thats how u fixed your account..
